This store is terrible. Geoff was the rep that "helped" me 05/02/2016 and literally took him 5 min to look up from his computer to notice me standing in front of him. After he said "may I help you" he proceeds to answer the phone and instead of putting them on hold he helps them instead of helping me. He gets off the phone and I tell him I need a break light for my 2013 altima and even asked if he needed the VIN. He said no and answered the phone again and did the same thing; helped them instead of finishing with me. Gets off phone and he walks over to the light bulbs and grabs the one he thinks is correct. I pay and leave. My friend proceeds to try to change break light and its the wrong one. So today, 05/03/2016 I go back to exchange for the correct one and Neesie helped me. Luckily I brought in the one from my car so we wouldn't have the same issue I had with Geoff. She grabbed the correct one and then told me I owed them $2.35..... I was like okay..... and paid. Get back to my office and one of my friends fixed the light bulb. I checked mu account to see if check went thru and apparently they charged me twice yesterday! I called and whoever answered didn't speak their name loud enough was rude and said just bring your receipt back and we'll fix it, happens all the time. Customer service here SUCKS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I work at Venable Glass right next to them and will NEVER EVER recommend another customer to go to their store. I recommend that store at least 10 times a day. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! RUDE AF.
